1. What is the Cognotix referral plan?

   The Cognotix referral plan lets marketers, web designers and other professionals earn a commission for every customer they refer to Cognotix.

2. What is the commission rate?

   We pay a 15-percent commission on all subscription plans.

3. How to you track my referrals?

   When you sign up for our referral program, we'll give you a unique code that your referrals can enter when they sign up for our service.

4. When will I get paid?

   Payments are issued whenever your accumulated referral commission balance is at least $100.

5. How long will I receive commissions for a given customer?

   You'll receive commissions as long as the customer's account remains active. If a customer cancels and then later resubscribes, you will not receive commission following the account's reactivation.

6. Who can participate in the referral plan?

   We don't have any hard-and-fast guidelines for eligibility. We invite anyone who provides professional services to small businesses to sign up.
