If the survey is active, you can click the "view survey" button. If the survey is inactive, you must activate it first.
The "view survey" button looks like this:
- What do I use as the web link for my survey?
For a survey without a survey resource group, you may use the same link as is shown by a survey's "view survey" button. This link will always be http://www.cognotix.com/ followed by the survey's survey key.
If the survey is linked to a resource group, the resource-specific links will be the same as the survey's regular view link followed by the survey resource's key. For example, if a survey's view link is http://www.cognotix.com/12345678, its resource group has a memeber named Joe with a resource key of 55555, the Joe-specific survey link would be http://www.cognotix.com/1234567855555.
- What happens if I exceed my allowed number of monthly web responses?
Visitors will receive a message that the survey is currently inactive until the next billing month. If you upgrade your account, access will be immediately restored.
