If you enable transcription for a survey, all questions with a "text" type will be automatically transcribed, and the responses will be included in the survey's CSV data download report and response view pages. Regardless of whether transcription is enabled, the CSV data download report will always include links to the actual recordings of the voice responses.
Once you have your data in a CSV file, you can import it a separate analytics package, or you can analyze it with a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel using pivot tables and charts. If you need some pointers, please let us know via our contact page and we'll be happy to help get you started.
