  1. What reporting options are available?

    For each survey you can either download a PDF report that tabulates the answers for all multiple-choice questions or download all responses as a CSV file to view in a spreadsheet program or import into your own database.

  2. How can I browse individual survey responses?

    From the main survey screen click the Browse individual responses icon to browse a survey's responses in reverse chronological order.

  3. How can I listen to voice responses to "text" questions?

    The CSV data download for a survey and the response view pages include links to MP3 recordings of voice responses. Click these links to listen to or download the responses.

  4. Do you offer transcription of voice responses?

    If you enable transcription for a survey, all questions with a "text" type will be automatically transcribed, and the responses will be included in the survey's CSV data download report and response view pages. Please note we don't guarantee transcription accuracy because if depends on a variety of factors. Regardless of whether transcription is enabled, the CSV data download report will always include links to the actual recordings of the voice responses.

  5. I downloaded my data as a CSV. What do I do with it now?

    Once you have your data in a CSV file, you can import it a separate analytics package, or you can analyze it with a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel using pivot tables and charts.
