Dial the survey response phone number shown on your account details page. When prompted for a survey key, either enter the eight-digit survey key or the eight-digit survey key followed by the five-digit survey resource key and press the "#" key on your telephone.

Your current account balance is displayed on your dashboard. You will also see a link to add funds to it.
Callers will be told your survey is currently inactive until add funds to your account balance. Don't worry, we'll send you a low-balance warning e-mail.
We incur a per-minute cost for handling phone calls and offering related services like transcription, and we have to pass these on.
Incomplete phone responses are not stored because of their potential to skew your data. Hanging up after a survey has started, however, will still debit from your phone balance.
