  1. How do I access a survey via telephone?

    Dial the survey response phone number shown on your account details page. When prompted for a survey key, either enter the eight-digit survey key or the eight-digit survey key followed by the five-digit survey resource key and press the "#" key on your telephone.

    Your current account balance is displayed on your dashboard. You will also see a link to add funds to it.

  5. What happens if my account balance reaches $0?

    Callers will be told your survey is currently inactive until add funds to your account balance. Don't worry, we'll send you a low-balance warning e-mail.

  6. Why do I have to pay for telephone survey responses? Why aren't they included in my free trial?

    We incur a per-minute cost for handling phone calls and offering related services like transcription, and we have to pass these on.

  7. What happens if a caller hangs up before finishing my survey?

    Incomplete phone responses are not stored because of their potential to skew your data. Hanging up after a survey has started, however, will still debit from your phone balance.

  8. Can I have a dedicated phone number so my customers don't have to use a survey key?

    Absolutely. We do support dedicated phone numbers, but we have to set them up manually. Please contact us for pricing and more information.
