A survey resource is something specific for which you want to collect feedback. It could be a location, a department or even an individual employee. You can store up to 10 fields of information on a survey resource record.
When a survey is accessed over the phone or web with a survey key plus a resource key, the resource key is stored with the response, and all of the resource's fields are available in the survey's CSV download. A survey's multiple-choice response report will also tabulate question answers by resource name.
Click the "manage survey resouces" link on your dashboard to go to the survey resource management page.
Once you are on the main survey resources page, you can create a new survey resource by clicking the "create" button. You can delete or edit existing resources by clicking their "delete" or "edit" buttons.

Please note you can only create a new survey resource if you have already created a survey resource group.
