    Not yet, but you can use our API to put together your own integration right now. We do expect to offer integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as part of our transactional survey offering when we release it in Q1 2011.

    Everybody, naturally. Seriously though, we've positioned it to best serve the needs of small and mid-sized businesses that are looking for an affordable and easily managed system to collect structured feedback from their customers. Please look at our page of use cases for more details.

  3. Can I see a demo?

    Because we offer a free 30-day trial, we don't have a demo login to show the management system, but we do have a survey you can take to see the customer-facing side of things.

    Sorry, no, our system currently doesn't allow more than one user per organization. This is something we're considering changing.

    Yes, we use SSL encryption to protect your data in transit, and we use best-practice programming, database management and network security techniques to make sure your data is protected on our servers.

  7. What about backups?

    As part of our commitment to reliability, we regularly take backups all our systems so we can quickly get back up and running in the event of a system crash.
